Students are gaining comfort in the water while learning body movement and breath control. Our instructors will teach students how to float independently on their front and back in preparation for stroke development. Instructors will also impart vital safety skills which allow students to practice their breath control for submersions and knee dives. Students between 2-2.5 years of age can only enroll if they have been promoted from our SwimBabies level by their instructor
