Entering The Facility:
Enter the lobby on 72nd Street and take a right to get to the elevator. Take the elevator up to the 49th floor. Take a left out of the elevator, the pool/gym entrance will be on your right. Once inside the gym lobby take the stairs to the 50th floor.
Facility Rules:
- Lobby stroller parking available; strollers not allowed on pool level.
- One caregiver allowed per child within the facility.
- No street shoes on the pool deck.
- Bring your own towel.
- No eating or drinking on the pool deck or in changing rooms/restrooms.
- Individuals over 6 years old cannot enter opposite-sex locker rooms, including parents and caregivers.
- SwimJim clients cannot access resident-only areas such as the gym, playroom, or lounge.

Our pool deck is kept warm for your comfort, and the pool itself maintains a water temperature of 84-86 degrees, creating the perfect conditions for learning and enjoying swimming.

Upon arrival, please check in with our Client Ambassador in the building lobby, who will assist you with any questions and guide you to our facility. We always have a lifeguard on duty, and our staff is CPR certified and background checked, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
